Shared lounge, balcony, and terrace with beautiful river and garden views. During my stay, I couldn't resist spending time in the shared lounge, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and meeting fellow travelers. From the balcony, I was treated to breathtaking river views, reminiscent of a Monet painting. And oh, the terrace! It felt like stepping into a secret garden, with vibrant flowers and lush greenery. Absolutely enchanting!

I had an amazing experience at this bed and breakfast! The owner went above and beyond to make me feel welcome despite my late arrival. The room was stunning and the breakfast was an absolute feast. If I ever come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again. The hosts were so friendly and took such good care of me. The property itself was beautiful, with breathtaking views and cozy outdoor seating areas. The room was spotless and had a modern bathroom with a luxurious bathtub and shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable - it must have been a new memory foam mattress. Dinner was absolutely delicious, with a hearty baked chicken and housemade gazpacho. The meal was simple and fresh - exactly what I needed after a long day of traveling. After dinner, I enjoyed playing cards and sipping wine in the welcoming lounge area. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding, the best I've had on my trip. It included multiple courses, starting with fresh orange juice and fruit, followed by more delicious gazpacho, sliced meats and cheese, and a sweet cheesecake-like dessert. Everything was drizzled with a delightful syrup. The coffee was also fantastic. The hosts spoke enough English to communicate well and showed genuine interest in my travels. They were patient with my attempts to speak Spanish too. I felt incredibly well taken care of during my stay and it was definitely great value for money. Don't miss out on the unique beach nearby!

Loved the free parking area, perfect for my collection of luxury cars. The continental breakfast was so exciting, it got me ready for a thrilling day of golfing and wine tasting. The free WiFi allowed me to update my social media followers on my posh vacation.
The shared lounge wasn't as glamorous as my own private one at home.

The room at Posada De Ajo was absolutely charming, with a lovely balcony offering breathtaking sea views. As a nature lover, waking up to such a beautiful sight was a dream come true.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bidet in the private bathroom. But hey, I understand that some guests might still find it useful.

The innkeepers were extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us a beverage upon arrival. the property had beautiful views and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. the rooms were immaculately clean and recently renovated, with modern bathrooms. the bed was very comfortable with a new memory foam mattress. We also enjoyed the delicious home-cooked dinner that was offered, as well as the outstanding breakfast which included a variety of courses and delicious coffee.
One aspect that could be improved is the lack of a bar on the property. the language barrier was a bit challenging as the staff spoke more Spanish than English.

The room we stayed in at Posada de Ajo was absolutely amazing! It had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the river, which made our mornings so peaceful. The room also had a cozy sofa where we could relax after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of casinos, so the fact that there wasn't one at the hotel didn't bother me at all. But I understand that others might enjoy having a casino nearby for entertainment.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking vistas of the coast. We were also impressed by the warm and friendly service provided by the staff. It really added a special touch to our romantic escape. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with convenient access to Santander and other nearby attractions.
The shower in our room was quite cramped and awkwardly positioned under the sloped ceiling. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Shared lounge: The shared lounge at this property was like a cozy living room where guests gathered, sharing stories and making new friends over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Shower accessibility: The shower in my room was a bit tricky to navigate, making it slightly challenging to get in and out comfortably.
